As we continue to navigate through the latest challenges posed by the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, we want to wish you, your family, and friends well as we work through this together. The health and welfare of our customers and staff is, and will continue to be our highest priority.
Staff in all departments have been updated with the latest health and safety guidelines for managing COVID-19 and we have applied protocols and procedures throughout our business such as regular sanitizing and social distancing.
We understand that some customers may want to avoid the retail environment for various reasons, so to continue supporting all of our valued customers, here’s what we are doing.
Our service department continue to operate Monday to Friday with additional safety protocols and procedures.
Our retail store is open as normal, including water testing with additional safety protocols and procedures.
Our online store is live, to start your online order click here. We offer contactless delivery or pick up.
Hand sanitizer has been provided on entry to our store and all sample bottles will be sanitized.
Masks are being worn by all staff and we ask that upon entering our store please be wearing a mask.
If you prefer not to enter the store: There is a water testing drop off point by the front door. Please fill out the supplied form, leave your sample, take a new sample bottle and we will contact you regarding the results.
Should you require delivery of a product, please contact us to arrange.
New pool installations are proceeding per normal with applied safety protocols and procedures.
This is a time to “holiday in your own backyard” and we are here to support you and thank you for your ongoing support.

8:30am – 5:30pm
9am – 12pm
