Further to our COVID-19 update, we are excited to announce the online store is now live!
You can head to http://cookespoolsandspas.com.au/shop to start your online order. As a part of this new service we will be offering contactless deliveries.
Our shop is open from 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays have now moved to the hours of 9am – 12pm. We are offering hand sanitiser upon entry to our shop, and conducting contact free water tests and purchases. Social distancing rules still apply.
With school holidays currently active and Easter upon us soon and social distancing in effect throughout the community, our backyards have become a place we are spending a lot of time – the “staycation”. It is very important to test and balance your pool or spa so it is safe and healthy for your family to enjoy.
We look forward to receiving your online order or seeing you in person at the store.
As we continue to navigate through the challenges posed by the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, we firstly want to wish you, your family and friends well as we all work our way through this together. The health and welfare of our customers and staff is, and will continue to be our highest priority.
Our retail store is open as normal with trading Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00 to 3.00pm. Starting from April the 4th Saturdays will revert to 9am to 12 noon.
Our service technicians will continue to carry out regular service and requested repairs as usual from Monday to Friday to keep your pools and spas operating and safe for use.
All staff (retail, technicians, building, admin and sales) have been updated with the latest health and safety guidelines for managing COVID-19 and we have applied protocols and procedures throughout our store and while onsite to keep things sanitized and safe including taking some additional precautions, implementing social distancing measures.
We understand that some customers may want to avoid the retail environment for various reasons, so to continue supporting our retail and service customers, here’s what we are doing.

Hand sanitizer has been provided on entry to our store and all sample bottles will be sanitized.
If you prefer not to enter the store: There is a water testing drop off point by the front door. Please fill out the supplied form, leave your sample, take another new sample bottle and we will contact you regarding the results.
Should you require delivery of product, please contact us to arrange.
New pool installations will proceed per normal with applied safety protocols and procedures.
We are currently developing an online ordering system which will allow you to place an order via our website, and receive a contactless delivery, or contactless collection from our warehouse. We’re happy to announce this will be completed in the coming days. In the meantime, if you wish to place an order, please don’t hesitate to contact our shop on 50221266.
We currently have a good level of stock, and haven’t suffered any closures in our supply chain. Our key suppliers are open and committed to supplying us through this time.
