Promotion Period

The Pool & Spa Sale applies to customers who enquire, attend in person, request a quote, or otherwise formally engage with Cookes Pools & Spas between:

Friday 27 February 2026 and Sunday 1 March 2026.

Only engagements made within this period qualify for the promotion.

Contract Signing Deadline

To secure the promotional offer, you must sign a formal building contract with Cookes Pools & Spas on or before:

27 March 2026.

If a contract is not signed by this date, the promotion will automatically lapse.

All payment terms (including deposits and progress payments) remain subject to your building contract.

How the Promotional Credit Works

Any advertised “bonus value”, “extra value”, or promotional offer is provided strictly as a non‑cash, not redeemable or transferable account credit.

This means:

  • It does not reduce your pool or spa contract price
  • It is not a discount off the build
  • It cannot be redeemed for cash
  • It is not redeemable for cash or any other form of payment
  • It cannot be transferred or assigned to another person
  • It has no standalone cash value

Your contract price remains payable in full under your signed agreement.

When the Credit Becomes Available

Your promotional credit will only become available after:

  • All payments under your contract, including any variations, have been received in full.

The credit cannot be accessed before final payment has been received.

Credit Validity

Your promotional credit:

  • Commences from the date of issuance; and
  • Is valid for three (3) years from that date.

Any unused credit after three years will expire automatically.

What the Credit Can Be Used For

Once activated, your credit can be used on products or services supplied directly by Cookes Pools & Spas, including:

  • Pool enhancements
  • Additional equipment
  • Retail items
  • Accessories
  • Servicing
  • Maintenance

The credit cannot be used toward:

  • Deposits
  • Progress payments
  • Final payments
  • Council or authority fees
  • Engineering or certification costs
  • Third‑party contractor costs
  • Gift vouchers or gift certificates

Cancellation or Changes to Your Contract

If your contract is cancelled, terminated, or does not proceed to practical completion and full payment for any reason, the promotional credit will be forfeited.

If you later sign a new contract, the promotion does not automatically carry over. Any decision to reapply the promotion will be at the discretion of Cookes Pools & Spas and must be confirmed in writing.

General Conditions

  • The promotion applies to new contracts only.
  • It cannot be combined with other offers unless confirmed in writing.
  • All contracts remain subject to standard building terms, site conditions, and required approvals.
  • Products and inclusions are subject to availability.
  • Cookes Pools & Spas reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion for future transactions where permitted by law. Any amendment or withdrawal will not affect contracts already executed prior to the date of the change.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
