Gift Cards, Vouchers, Bonus Cards & Cookes Dollars – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. Cookes Pools & Spas may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
1.2. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is available on our website at www.cookes.com.au.
1.3. A Voucher must be treated as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
1.4. By purchasing or redeeming a Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Redemption

2.1. Vouchers can only be redeemed for products purchased at the retail branch of Cookes Pools & Spas.
2.2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed as a payment toward any credit account held with Cookes Pools & Spas.
2.3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or for any services provided by Cookes Pools & Spas.
2.4. Each Voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction.
2.5. No change will be given for any unused portion of a Voucher. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
2.6. Vouchers may be used as part payment for a transaction that exceeds the Voucher value, provided the balance is paid using another accepted payment method.
2.7. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Voucher.
2.8. Bonus Card stamps will not accrue when redeeming a Voucher.
2.9. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or sale.

3. Expiry

3.1. Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
    If no specific date of issue is shown, the expiry date will be three (3) years from the end of the month printed on the Voucher.
3.2. Any Voucher not redeemed by the expiry date will be void and forfeited.
3.3. Expired Vouchers cannot be extended, reissued, or redeemed under any circumstances.

Promotional Offers – Free Servicing & ASP Water Management System

From time to time, Cookes Pools & Spas may offer promotional packages that include 6 months of free servicing and/or an ASP Water Management System.

These promotional inclusions are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Service Area Limitation – Free servicing is available only within Cookes’ standard service area. Locations outside this area may incur additional travel fees or may not be eligible for the free servicing component of the promotion.
  2. Eligibility – Promotional offers apply only to new pool contracts signed within the defined promotional period.
  3. Offer Variations – Specific inclusions, such as the ASP Water Management System, may vary depending on site requirements and product availability.
  4. Non-Transferable – Offers cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  5. Subject to Change – Cookes Pools & Spas reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
